Ellen Bartolozzi, N.C.T.M.
Ms. Bartolozzi is an award-winning teacher and performer, with over 20 years of experience. She works with voice and piano students of all levels and ages (5 to 96!) and some of her students have gone on to audition for America's Got Talent, The Voice, La Voz Kids (The Voice Kids), ChiArts, Porchlight Music Theater, Marriot Lincolnshire, and more. She has a Bachelor of Music from DePaul University, with an emphasis in piano, voice, and composition, and studied with Mary Sauer, principal keyboardist of The Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and Amy Goodman, Director of The DePaul University Choir.
Miss Bartolozzi is a member of several prestigious professional organizations and is a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music (N.C.T.M.) with the Music Teachers National Association.
She also specializes in playing and singing for weddings and has earned a 2012 "Bride's Choice Award" and 2014, 2017, & 2020 Couples' Choice Award from the WeddingWire.com Network, placing her among the top 5% of wedding professionals in her field!
As well, in 2009, she received the 2009 Studs Terkel Humanities Award for her contributions to the Arts and Community.
